Collection and Arrangement of Courses

1. Convene a committee on course planning.

2. Collect the outline of planned course from each department.

3. Design course schedules.

4. Course introduction.

5. Open course.

Course Selection

1. Issue notices of the regulations of course selection.

2. Monitor the matters of course selection and calculate the number of students in respective classes.

3. Provide consultation service on course selection.

4. Handle adding/dropping of selected course on site.

5. Make announcement of periods and classes of denied courses due to insufficient student number.

6. Cancel student data of an unpaid course selected.

Examination

1. Set examination dates.

2. Collect examination question sheets from course teacher.

3. Make copies of examination papers.

4. Handle make-up exams.

Classroom Arrangement

1. Arrange classrooms according to the student number of a selected course.

2. Arrange classrooms and reassembling classes for examination.

Summer Study

1. Collect and arrange summer classes of each department.

2. Finalize course schedule.

3. Handle course selection and inquiries on site (the refund procedure for the cancelled courses is not

included).

Printing of Roll Books

1. For each class, print out a name list of students before the school begins. Reconstruct name lists after the

deletion of the unpaid student information.

2. Compile and print name lists for examinations (and make-up exams).

3. Teachers are allowed to print course documents in the Curriculum Section if necessary.

4. Deliver the roll call book to classes.
